Hi all,I am looking into purchasing a home in my area that includes a mother in law suite.

Now the inside and out back is to die for, A LARGE backyard, a pool, a mother-in-law suite I mean come on what more can you ask for.

My mother and I have discussed approaching them to see if they are willing to sell now.

The first was a single mother of a 7 year old.   

If I lived in the mother-in-law suite and rented out the other two bedrooms in this home, it seems as though that would definitely cover the mortgage, given the decent location, and then after I move out in a year, cash flow could be around or over $1,000.

During this process my wife and I started a ultrasound business for expecting mothers.

He confided in me that his mother in law owned her condo free and clear but put it in her daughters (this guys wifes) name.

I have been watching my mother help different people buy and sell real estate as an agent since i was 12 years old.

We recently purchased a vacation home that has a mother in law suite with a full time tenant paying rent.

Maybe instead of building your own ADU, you could purchase a SF with a mother in law suite?
