Think of how much foot traffic you get in front of vending machine locations normally.Also how about a distributor for single dose laundry detergent?

Hi,I am definately not a mentor but have had some mild success in the Seattle area.

Scrub brushes detergent and low pressure water to rinse.

Sometimes there is only great recession data, and that recession was pretty mild on some asset classes, versus previous recessions.

Out here in California (Bay Area), we have mild winters and summers and have experienced explosive economic and demographic growth such that predicting capex reserves is less significant than it is in the alternating snowy and humid Midwest. 

Corey I think the overall market in KC right now is pretty hot, the taxes are very low, the winters are mild, businesses are moving to the area.

To put it mildly, the house was pretty much destroyed, between 5 years if deferred maintenance and the hostage situation.

First of all, we been lucky enough to have mild winter this year hurray......I am investor from Boston kindly accept my greetings to every one out here ! 

I've been mildly shocked to see a lot of for sale posts (not only on BP but other sites) in which the seller presents the numbers that make a deal look sooo good, at least on paper.

Do you really think this is going to be a mild recovery?
