Hi, I recently built a small studio duplex designed to cater to short term traveling medical personnel in my area.  

His clients include owners, developers, purchasers, borrowers, lenders, property managers, landlords and tenants of commercial properties, strip malls, shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, senior housing and assisted living facilities, condominiums, cooperatives, resort conversions, golf courses, and residential developments.

This raises another point, i'm not familiar with the Houston market for medical office space but I would say it is reasonable to expect 1 - 3 months of free rent (where tenant pays an NNN expenses during free rent period) on a 5 + year lease, but that those free months will be tacked on at the end (I.e. 60 + 2 month term).

MA state law allows growing plants in cases of medical hardship for a patient's needs. 

I didn't start out planning to become a landlord, it was just convenient due to a personal medical situation.After everything cleared up I formulated a plan to jump in to the industry so that I could retire early.

Hello, what started out as initially looking into self storage facilities moved faster than anticipated and I now have a 100 unit facility with some flex space under contract.  

Currently in the medical field which gives me a nice earning but clearly not the end all be all of my financial plan.

According to the IRS as 'Disqualified Person' you are forbidden from providing good, services or facilities to the qualified plan and you clearly violated this rule.

Some of these students have one month or more "rotations," or learning blocks which they float site to site at various teaching areas their last year of school- hospitals, outpatient community offices, government facilities, etc.  

I fell behind on some things and had super high medical collections.
