Over the past 10 years we have built a large network of partners and clients.

With such a large and diverse population across Texas, I imagine different regions have unique real estate trends, demands, and opportunities.

However when a famine hits large numbers of livestock die.

This project spans over 49+/- acres and features 50ft, 60ft, & 70ft lots, adjacent to a large lake that will serve as a stunning community amenity.

If they are ok with carrying the financing and don't need large amounts of cash right away, this may be a good fit for them.

By and large, MTR residents are coming to work (or for relocation due to flood, fire or wind), and they approach finding housing with their analytical brain, not the emotional one.It's also not uncommon that the person tasked with finding accomodations for the MTR resident isn't going to be staying there at all.

Hopefully, he has the courage to continue on his REI education journey, and keep coming back to this awesome community where others will actually give him advice.There are people who turn a large profit from new wholesalers- they are the gurus who sell them their course!

I'm also with you that Proper's policy may not be worth the price because the extra risks covered by their bells and whistles are largely avoidable risks.
