I thought it would be a good quick check of the state of the market.Do you care to share your impressions?

Now as the post title says, "Starting Out", that is what I am doing and anybody in their right mind would get the impression that whoever started this post is looking for ideas on how to get started in real estate, no matter what the avenue is, so for whoever feels like they need to write stuff down to make them feel above everybody, let start a forum that says, "I know more than you."
