My goal is to put away 50k in the bank and then at that point I am quitting my full time job and getting out of the rat race!!

When I feel that way, I come to BP and head over to Sharon's site to get refocused and have that tortoise mindset ("Slow and steady wins the race").Happy Investing to Everyone!!

14 years later I read "Rich Dad/Poor Dad" and thought that was a good idea...then life happened and still nothing.  6 years later I read it again and finally got the burning desire to get out of the Rat Race!  

@Wayne Brooks I think this whole industry of wholesaling and flipping contracts ( and we have beaten it like a dead horse)  but it really comes down to if you have someone file a complaint against you then I think most state's will take the position that your selling RE without a license if you are just tying up a property and then advertising it for sale.. with the only intentions to close on it is if you can find a buyer.  

What inspires me the most is the promise of leaving the normal rat race of today's society.
