I've run across this many times, and personally don't like the idea of a window in a shower, for a couple of reasons.First is privacy...even if with obscure glass or glass block, without some kind of black-out curtain, you can still see when someone is in the shower (and usually even the diff between boys and girls, if y'know what I mean).

The most interesting is that the front yard was dug up to make a mud wrestling pit for girls to wrestle in. 

My little girl knows that this is what pays the bills and when I have to make a phone call or take a phone call she knows what's expected.  

Where I quickly learnt the VOES of being a landlord. 3 young college girls that never met rooming together....

The one thing I can say for sure is after being in business all my life is that not one person has ever looked me in the eye and accused me of any form of dishonesty. 

We believe every organization has a responsibility to their local community and to take immediate action to get young people ready for work, so here in Milwaukee, we are partnering with organizations like Junior Achievement, the Boys and Girls Clubs and The Commons to nurture learnability and help young people gain valuable work experience.

So finally finished the flip went back to all the people interested on fb let them know about an open house this weekend there was one girl who seemed pretty serious when I first posted said her sister was looking for a place in pixley (the town the house is in)  had a pre appoval letter and wanted to see it asap .

if your occupancy limit is 6 humans, then they have exceeded and you should deny. you should have this number known and written down, so if someone accuses you of discrimination, you have a resource to show why they are not approved. also, note that I said humans, not adults or children. you cannot say 6 adults is too much but 6 children is ok. your occupancy limit should strictly say how many humans are allowed to occupy.in my opinion, 7 people in a 3 bedroom is too much.

Concentrate on girls.

True, I made serious mistakes in the past on my personal life and I am not proud of it.But I never committed any fraud against anyone which is why the court trashed the malicious fraud case filed against me by my false accusers.
