Tenants that have an innate dislike for our profession see gifts as either a cheap attempt at a bribe, a reminder to keep their property clean or simply flaunting the fact that we are rich and look down our noses at them.

I have not been encouraged to pursue Donna Farrow by multiple people, but there are a couple of smaller entities in town I might nose around with... may have to take a risk and develop a relationship ;) 

Remember, statistics are like noses everyone has them and they all can be picked at!!!!!
