So, it's a good time to take risks.I suspect the reason people don't make it are three fold.1.)

Pullout all the stops, file charges, stomp your feet until the DA does something, go to the press, sue them, ect if they don't all in the hopes that it gets their attention off the bat and they fold like a cheap suit. 

But if they weren’t mine it might It may or may not bother you Take a folding chair, a lunch, and a good book and place the chair on the house lawn and spend half a day sitting there.

One set on the beds, one set in the cleaning closet and one set goes with the cleaners who take the dirty ones back to the dry cleaners who do a professional job of cleaning and folding.

@Kelly Boulton think of it this way legally you can't agree to fold and pay at the same time in advance, doesn't make any sense and no use in a court of law.
