Let's see, if I estimated the friction factor of the lines , have a given pressure at the supply and a needed pressure (known) at the outlets, I suppose I could calculate how many more years are left in the galvanized lines based on a deterioration rate of inside diameter of about 1/4 inch over 60 years......Seriously, if I get another 3 or 4 years out of the plumbing, I will be happy with that.

I would like to see what the drawing entails, see how much we can start for them, and then bring them in to complete it.So I am looking for an example that would cover the following from our "reasons for rejection":"Provide complete electrical plans including one line diagram with all conduit and conductor sizes with insulation types, total load with calculations, panel schedule with arc fault, grounding, all outlets and lighting with circuity, light fixture schedule, also show electrical panel location in the apartment"My goal is to look at the example and complete a framework for the Mater Electrician to work in.

Many of the items on the list of violations are fairly normal stuff (i.e. light fixtures replaced, new electrical outlets and covers, add GFCI's in wet areas, replace some screens/windows, water heaters).
