We did interior and exterior remodelling, plumbing and electrical, dry waste and back yard.

I only figure this house is abandoned because the exterior is beat up and unkempt and the inside of the home I can see the blinds rotting away.

The guy I hired I asked to do a laundry list of tasks which included painting the exterior.

He says we did it right and can't see any blockage of interior or exterior footer drains to sump pump that could cause seeping.

As such, many people are buying these buildings, redoing the exteriors (trendy paint colors, new signage, putting on those big street numbers that seem to be all the rage, modern landscapping, maybe replacing some siding to give it an updated more modern look).Okay, so my question:  A buddy of mine asked me if I knew anyone that did this type of work. 

I had Infinity Exteriors out of brookfield do a roof and gutters for me about 10 years ago and they've held up nicely to this point. 

I know it needs a new roof, new appliances, possibly new carpet in at least 1 unit, Needs exterior paint and the deck needs work.

It looks like the exterior will need some work along with some updates inside.
