Now they can use their new found wealth in more conventional ways to continue their growth.But, unfortunately, for the newer enthusiast, it may take some more understanding, acquiring knowledge and skill, resources, and creativity to strive for the similar results of yesterday.

I’m a big car guy and one thing this reminds me of is when car guys get mad at manufacturers for building boring ugly cars not realizing that enthusiast’s make up a tiny franction of the car market, similarly biggerpockets is by definition a housing enthusiast’s website, the only reason I engage so much is i really don’t want to see investors lose their shirt in this market.

Hello enthusiastic entrepreneurs,This is my first post on 'biggerpockets' and would like to introduce myself.

I am new to this and enthusiastic about my future with investing in real estate.

Lenders are not very enthusiastic about unseasoned self employed people trying to get loans. 

We are just enthusiastic about different things in this area as @Stewart Wyne  illustrates. 

The more enthusiastic I am about it all, the more people seem to want to help.

There are plenty of auto enthusiasts that would consider a ten year old BMW a POS.

If you are working through a broker for private lenders, they will be less enthusiastic to share the lender's details unless you sign an agreement to go through the broker and not go to the lender directly.
