The Wind risk is part of the Property Insurance (homeowners, Dwelling/Fire, commercial package, etc.) . 

I have also encountered some condominium complexes which indicate ventless dryers are required.They biggest problem we have encountered with ventless dryers is (re)educating tenants to think a little differently about how they do laundry.  

I take that to mean that your firm sells portfolio packages of bundled secured notes and then turns around and issues loans on real estate.

But you will encounter those hurdles with any mortgage application.Hope this helps.

Just that the market combined with your state of mind tells me clean break.You can sell all as a package and 1031 into a passive investment and collect your 7% - 8% for the next 20 years but its too small for a big group without a  huge hair cut. 

@Isaac Boateng  In Nevada, the seller is required to furnish the buyer with a resale package for the HOA.  

Why don't you call Comcast (or your local internet/cable provider) and see what kind of bundle package you can get?

Now , you will have to add value for the homes , so this will depend on age/condition etc but lets say 20k per home  so 200k on top of the park value will make the "package" be 2,067,764.In this example rule of thumb, looks like actual expenses are close to rule of thumb ( now you are going to want to make sure that you have all expense factored in such as mgmt fee 5% , plowing etc). 

MI also has its own insurance company that offers a third-party package with better rates and higher liability (great for investors).
