If something goes sideways, I would be willing to bet 90% of these single owner LLCs formed for "asset protection" would be easily accused of piercing the corporate veil, and collapses the whole thing anyways.Depending on the state you are operating in, even if you use a Wyoming formed LLC, you will likely be required to register in the state you are operating in, which may require disclosure of that information you don't want to give up already - check to see what those states require for disclosures when registering a "foreign" LLC that is operating in the state.Literally no federal income tax benefits to where your LLC is registered. 

And, I would easily win any argument that the knowledge you receive from a seminar concentrated on a subject which, if used correctly, can net you thousands of dollars in income within weeks is worth thousands times more than any standard educational instruction in the basics of getting a J.O.B. 

I should also mention that, if I get a job soon, I can easily make up the payment(s) in arears at my earning level, so it very unlikely that this will end up as a short sale.  

Only then, I realize that my cash flow can easily replace my salary.

@Jeff Daring in the standard contracts we use, specific lender is stated in the contract, so a denial from that lender would likely be all you need to exit with your deposit back unless you did something to sabotage the loan.
