I wouldn't put too much weight on what grade it has per the county website, as that is pretty general. 

Owning real estate investments has been a dream of mine since I was in high school and now I'm making it a goal.

Seeing that my father was able to work his dream job everyday because of the income provided by his renters has had me interested in real estate investing for quite some time now.Years ago, my uncle that now lives in Florida, let his younger brother live in his other house back home in PA.

I really enjoy real estate and often find myself day dreaming about what it would take for me to quit this job and get into real estate full time.

My wife makes enough money to support us without a house payment and gets insurance through her job so that should make this dream a bit more realistic.
