Damage by tenants is far less common than the hobby landlords afraid of eviction believe it to be.The proper approach, business wise, it to evict.If your primary concern is the possibility of her doing damage you are distracted and not taking care of your business.

I personally don't see any possible new beneficial ways for attracting the younger crowd as they age or mature because the ones ready to purchase a home will hopefully be more mature and not as easily distracted... 

All the other stuff Kidney disease, legs, diabetes etc. is irrelevant and only there to distract you from the issue at hand, which is your rent payment.I can't walk into Walmart and get a free gallon of Milk because of Kidney disease.

There's so much activity right now int he market that agents are easily distracted.
