I am struggling to find the single best device to use for video streaming at my AirBNB. 

. :) With all the content that pours through our hand held devices we are overloaded and bombarded with information daily.

My main thought is not that dissimilar, but I would put it in terms of the KISS idea: Keep It Simple Stupid. 

This is the route many people go when they have dissimilar units like a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom or other combination. 

I don't use any canned software and I am 100% against trying to use mobile devices with the exception of having a contact list on my phone and I can access all the files in my office computer with Teamviewer.The reason I developed the form, attached, is because while I love what software can do I also believe it is a hundred times better to have both the perfect paper and digital system where there are many checks and balances that reduce errors.

I saw a device called "fresh air" but they don't have pricing on their website.

I am just starting out an I am tired of viewing business information on my cell phone when I am not home. I have a lap top I use when I am at home. I was thinking of an iPad. What would you recommend and why?Thanks

(I say this as I own tillable ground and it's inevitable once every five years or so a hunter that's 100% trespassing on my property will get hurt by their own devices(falling in drainage ditch, from a tree stand, etc.
