Personally, I’ve decided to sell two properties out of my portfolio of 26 to address some unexpected expenses and other debts.I was hesitant at first because I didn’t want to let go of any properties.

I have had no luck trying to propose seller financing through realtors for on market listings.Bottom line, either spend some time and/or money marketing direct to seller or networking with investors that have been around for awhile.

I use a commercial insurance agent for my buildings, but for personal coverage, I buy direct from Progressive or go through PolicyGenius.

I would probably lean in that direction.

@Mike Lambert been to Tulum many times, I have family there and going next week to look at land on beach side that is direct to owner contact. 

Our original plan was to work directly with corporations in a more B2B way as well.

I’m waiting to connect with the realtor to get more information about the sellers background / potentially speak direct to build a bit of a relationship.
