I took a trip from Jackson MS  to Destin .. that was a fun flight and the airport there I enjoyed taking off over the water.. 

We are currently in the Eglin Area (FWB, Niceville, Destin...etc) and rentals go faster than they are listed.

Its probably less likely to be come a "destination".

University, good hospital, big tourist destination, milder weather than the front range and cheaper prices. 

. % is quite small compared to the amount that attend and pay for them.. but like you said who are we to pre judge it for them.I do believe though when people get talked into paying for these courses with credit cards those folks are almost always destine to fail if they have no other significant source of seed capital to start and the time and energy it takes to be in the sales business which is what wholesaling is.. its sales pure and simple.  

I had to pay a wildlife removal company to trap them in a humane manner and relocate them to a safe destination.

Mine are by the Smoky Mountain National Park in Tennessee (Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville) - hugely popular tourist destination that's been a mecca for vacation rentals for decades.  

That's the issue I see with this area is a lack of cleaning companies or maintenance companies, and it's not as big of a cabin destination area as Brainerd or Alexandria to have these short-term rental management companies in place.
