I don't want to make this a back and forth between those that are and those that aren't Franchisees, or am I here to debate the merits of joining or not joining.  

Now I'm kind of debating I've discussed this with an attorney and according to him wholesaling a short sale can be illegal.

I have entered into heated debates with people about financial matters, only to go to their profile and find out they are 20 years old and live in their parents basement (I am exaggerating a little, nobody actually puts that in their profile).
