I'm seriously considering purchasing an associate Homevestors Franchise to start on a part time basis and possibility turn into a full time ventuer. I currently own a full time business i started from scratched that i have operated for the last 20 years. Real estate investing has always been attractive to me. The Homevestors model seems like a good system to use to hit the ground running. I don't want to try to reinvent the wheel as I've done in the past. I would welcome any imput about experiences with Homevestors good or bad. Thank you!
