I'd like to start in the GTA area (if possible buy a duplex to live in 1 part and rent out the other) and branch out to other areas in Ontario, as i gain more experience, and partnerships with like minded people.I'd like to add that BiggerPockets is a great site filled with a wealth of information, and i am anxious to consume as much as possible.
