Regarding the open permit, we’re just finishing up a few items for the final inspections and occupancy cert. so no concerns there I just didn’t include that information here.

I am concerned with rent control as well....The lease is for one yearI know from basement tenant that they signed lease with the sister (but the lease has previous owner's name)if it is fraud - it will be her word against minebasement tenant are probably here illegally and I doubt they would testify

I have had their inspectors ask for things not in the approved plans, but I also have had them not raise concerns about work that maybe should have been on a permit.
