If your drywall guy can get some sort of lower level cert for minor asbestos and has the equipment then no need for a biohazard 10 clean zone to take care of it.I personally think the asbestos/lead paint issue while extremely important has been somewhat blown out of proportion, some people act as though if a house has it it's akin to having home cancer just spreading everywhere killing people and you have to go around ripping it all out.
