Since you are interested in flipping start with a couple of pod casts that have flippers on them.

But then it becomes very clear and that's OK its the way the rules work here.. you talk about what your doing  one gets a pod cast  and then people start contacting you and want to get in on your deals as you seem to be successful etc etc..
