Can people intentionally play games to put liens on property to block the tax deed buyer to get clear title?

A painful learning experience, to say the least. 

Once or twice a year, a week should be blocked off the property, and maintenance included touch up painting should be done.

You do need to use anti-spam tech to not hey blocked though.

well i lived through it.. painful as it was.Gap lending is far to risky for almost anyone end of story.. totally agree.the only time it works is with some decent cross collateral and or you have a substantial relationship with the client and have done LOTS of deals with them for many years. 

Not to mention the paperwork pain involved with each claim Any thoughts on just not having any insurance at all, or just some sort of liability and really high deductible ?

What's the best way to block this thing up so they can't come in?

Lot and block is a little easier although in my Land And Timber days it was not uncommon to run a Blaze line come up to a usgs quarter or section monument then have a survey 10 feet away.. makes a big difference when your logging. 

These could be beautiful properties that add to their blocks rather than detract but I need to take the opportunity myself, it's not going to fall out of the sky.
