Depending on what street (as there are some pretty nice blocks over there) rent could be increased.

(Look at a 6 house block and tell me how many are for sale, (the inventory is zero or a large percent.) or include 10 new houses in a 40 house neighborhood sold for $400k last year and only smaller used houses sold this year for $200k, prices have dropped 50%.) 

I am focusing on B neighborhoods and since the rents and prices vary by the block within hot neigbhourhoods, I am having a challenge zeroing on a few.

If there is one, where do I find the setting to block someone, so I don't see their posts?

Getting bonded is dirt cheap, and if it weren’t for insurance costs I’d bet there’d be more contractors out there.you need good credit to get a bond that I think is a stumbling block to some in that industry. 

Does the billboard company have the right to terminate the lease if a structure is built that blocks the sign or decreases the visibility?

Do you know of any zip codes, blocks, or streets that seem promising currently but are on the lower end for purchase price?

Also, I don't know the formation of your driveway and garages, but I have maximized my parking by actually blocking to garages with three cars parked perpendicularly and then renting the garages for storage.

It is a family friend and they are looking to sell, it needs a major rehab on the entire property but my wife likes the location(about a block from our pastor’s house) and in the school district she teaches in.
