Odd sized envelopes can have higher postage costs, but if it looks like a birthday card or something, maybe that increases the chances of it being opened.Since you mention living in Sarasota part time, would you be interested in renting it back to them for a portion of time?

If I didn't allow them the gardens, they would likely use just as much water on flower pots :)It sounds like you have an apartment building with a bit of space behind it, if that's the case then I'd consider offering plots to the tenants for a small fee- enough to cover the water- similar to a community garden...

With that in mind, December of 2016 I set a goal to buy my first duplex or triplex before July 1st (my birthday).

I purchased like new off craigslist for couch loveseat,, only staged main living areas,, no bedrooms .Left the main living areas and kitchen, and bath staged for showings..I did add some beautiful flower pots outside and a patio table set for deck.Accessories, I kept the tags on and returned the stuff after the house was sold so basically within 2 weeks, and dragged a few things from my own home like lamps, to use.
