I will be having a real estate investing meeting on Sunday, Jan 15th probably in the salt lake area around 2pm-6pm.

The other unknown would be having to replace more plumbing or electrical than expected.

I don't think this is much of a concern if you're behaving ethically, but it's still a possibility.I didn't want to subject myself to the realtor community or a broker.
