We bought aggressively when there was value available in Perth market however with drastic increases in median prices limited demand there is not much value to be found.

More often than not, I'm speaking to someone who isn't in a rush to fund a deal so time is typically available to have a handful of calls, perhaps meet for coffee although a face-to-face is nice but not a requirement.     

There's got to be commercial options available for STRs that perform better.

I have another Escondido unit that will be available for rent in November (hopefully ready Nov 1).  

Seems like Google doesn't partner with AirBnB like they do VRBO, booking.com, and others so that means my property won't show up as a vacation rental with the "check availability" booking link on google maps or google web search.
