For example, as a buy and hold investor, I will pay a little more for a property that my research has indicated will appreciate in value over time, which is the name of our game.In their case,however, I can say they didn't buy correctly, in that they may have paid too much or didn't put enough down, didn't do XY&Z, the list can go on and on; but, now they want to get out.I see this a fabulous opportunity to expand my portfolio, but I have to spend my capital correctly.I offered a formula of let's say for every $2 I spend, I attain $1 of value in the property.
