Instead of an LLC get a $1-2MM personal umbrella insurance policy that covers "all risks".

When I had 2 properties I got an umbrella policy that covers $1 million.

. $3million umbrella.

I have been striking out with finding an appropriate Umbrella Policy that will cover my two rental properties (zip codes 23462 and 80226) AND my primary residence (zip code 23451). 

Carry a big umbrella policy for liability insurance.

Speaking with my insurance broker, buying 1 umbrella of $400-500 would cover all my personal properties up (up to 5 I think).

@Levi CrabtreeThere is no right or wrong answer.Some investors opt for umbrella insurance over an LLC.Some investors who get an LLC put 1 property per LLC, some investors put a couple properties under an LLC.Have you spoken to an attorney to see if an LLC is right for you?

I have been reading regarding LLCs, Liability insurance/Umbrella insurance for personal protection.

@Richard Lovering own one in a partnership and one individually and have an umbrella policy to cover liability concerns on top of all other coverage.

Folks - Can anyone advise where the best markets are for owning multi-family TK rentals with a conventional financing and recommended TK providers who preferably have PM under their own umbrella?
