According to Georgia rules, "property management services" mean:The provision, for valuable consideration, to another of marketing, including referring prospective tenants; leasing; physical, administrative, or financial maintenance; and overall management of real property; or supervision of the foregoing activities for another pursuant to a property management agreement.A real estate license is required to perform these services.

This would be an incredibly stupid and risky thing to do for a broker to try to outsource answering questions to AI. it would likely open a broker and team leader to a Failure to Supervise crime in most states.

Although I would think they need a lot more supervision than other subcontractors.

But it's not his...he did not qualify for it or pass the test or earn it in any way.You can act as a RMO for a company and let them use your number, but this is different and involves paperwork and the requirement that you actually supervise their projects.
