Best place to purchase single family floor plans?

I am planning to build two, two story single family homes.

where do you get the floor plans with reasonable cost?

To piggyback off of @Edgar Martinez's comment. Also double check that the local building department will not require plans that are stamped by an Architect or Structural engineer. If they do, you will definitely need to hire an Architect as it is Illegal for an Architect to Stamp plans that they did not develop, or supervise the development of (i.e. stock plans purchased from an online source).
