(Springfield, MO) They were seller financed deals and pretty much a glorified lease option. lol.

I own 13 units in Springfield so far, and don't have many complaints at all!

I say had because this friend was traveling from Boston back to Springfield Mass and the trip is only about 140 miles, but he called his wife and told her he was tired and felt like it would be safer to stop at a motel for the night.
