I just finished a very expensive coarse in house flipping, & wholesaling...now 3 months in and I've still not acquired one property. I think I'm doing all the right things i.e. bandit signs, business cards, fliers, craigs list ads but, still nothing. I've even written letters to expired listings, abandoned homes, divorced folks, probate and fsbo's. I haven't heard a word...are there any words of wisdom for this beginner?

Just keep going.

Keep sending mailers, follow ups are very very important.

Keep hanging bandit signs.

Keep the word of mouth going.

Keep handing out business cards like candy.

Sounds like you are doing all the right things, just keep pushing. Good luck!!
