Hello,I would like to network with trusted painters, plumbers, flooring, electrician, AC, roofing and other fixing house related contractors in the Houston area specific to Sugar Land, Katy and Cypress.

We had a painter a couple weeks back threaten to put a lien on the house for his $1200 final payment.

I want to line up a painter to come in and do the whole interior. 

I was on the road all day dealing with cry baby painters and other stuff.

I am looking for a painter to paint a guest house in Burbank, California.  

I think the better I understand what a painter has to cover (pun intended) as far as cost is concerned, the better I can estimate what the cost should be. side note: Finished basement in my area might run $35-$40k for 1000sf.

Find a framer, tile guy, roofer, siding guy, kitchen guy, floor guy, molding guy, door guy, painter, stucco guy, mason, and the list goes on. it takes a while to get the best prices but with that being said, everything comes out cheaper.

Instead I plan on using my past experiences as a Carpenter, Tile Layer & Painter, to help renovate my "Fix & Flips" investments.  

You need to be ready to pull the trigger very quickly.Then you want to have your contractors lined up - and that may be the biggest challenge.If your plumber turns out to be a bum and runs a week behind, your drywall guy can't close up the walls, your painter can't paint them and your finish carpenter can't put up the cabinets and crown molding.
