It's a nice touch if you can line up crown molding to meet ceiling.

And with all the platforms like Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, Trulia. etc... the MLS has lost its value for the most part.

This guy's name (Mario Cotto) came up as a red flag at our meeting last month.

I would have loved to have tried to meet up with him in person (if his schedule would have allowed).

Maybe the landlord isn't responding because they don't see the applicant as meeting their criteria.
