True the new owner will have to start his own account, but he should have a built-in revenue stream from repeat guess that will search for that property by address.

And lastly, I search FunishedFinder listings nearby, find comparable properties, and track the listed rent for a few months (does it increase, decrease?).

Just search and try to find ones that understand sourcing investment properties.
