Hello all, recently I've been getting a huge amount of commercial loan requests, normally I'm inundated with fix and flip applications but there's been a sudden shift for commercial.

However attorneys, like all other professionals, are inundated with wanna be investors with little or no money, little or no experience and no track record who want leads enabling them to acquire or flip properties at a significant discount.With Realtors and their MLS system eager to list properties, and cash buyers merely a Google search away, it takes real money, real experience, real knowledge and a real track record, plus the expenditure of much time and effort to establish mutually beneficial relationships with attorneys.

We have investment property in our personal name, but mostly in under our entity.

Now the flywheel is really moving and I was able to fully pay off this property in under 2 years.

Suggest you not  announce this type of thing on BP or any other public forum... you will get inundated with those that will help separate you from your hard earned money.
