Hello all, 

I have been told by many wholesalers that going to divorce lawyers for information on people that are getting divorced and need to sell their house is a great idea, which makes perfect sense. I would just like to know exactly how to approach this. 

What exactly can I say to the divorce lawyers to facilitate the process and make it as easy going as possible?
