I'm not sure what's up with these push over parents trying to load up their kids with a RE portfolio or millions of dollars so they can buy a GTR and play video games all day. 

Even kid these days don't want to have kid , they'd rather playing video games LOL

They're in the process right now of doing video inspections for me on the homes, and they have been quick to inform me on any issues, etc.
