I look at a lot of these Aussies that came over here its at least 5 to 8k for a couple to come to the states .. that eats up 2 to 3 years of cash floor generally right out the gate..

Do you mind me asking what your current portfolio or investing looks like as well as expanding on why it would me smart to only accept equity growth rather then equity and cashflow growth right out of the gate?

I live in a gated community and they film us everytime we enter or leave.

As another example if you have a gated community of 200 homes built by a large national builder with only 5 or 6 different floor plans in south florida all built in 2006/7/8 with pretty much the same granite, cabinets, floors etc, your zestimate will probably be much more accurate provided there have been recent sales.
