If the police decide to bust her, do you really want them breaking down your door, wrecking your place, and possibly arresting you for conspiracy?

The CEO has been twice convicted of DUI and was arrested in January 2009 for 3rd DUI.

In Ohio someone has to be arrested from that address for your proof to hold up in court according to what I have been told.

The police will come, arrest the person, take them to jail for 30 minutes and release them and the transient will be back the next day.

He had an unusual name and sure enough, turned up in the paper the next year as he was arrested for some organized crime related issue.   

I tracked down one wholesaler who kept calling me (to report) only to find out he was previously arrested for selling counterfeit iPhones.

I am not saying this is the case but be aware in some states the cops have to arrest someone and it isn't always the instigator.  

Even SF, Seattle and Portland were never just about young, single hipsters.If Detroit is able to raze about half its buildings, creating substantial green space while arresting blight and increasing prices through restricted supply, while also addressing its schools in a meaningful way and becoming significantly less crime-ridden, it may well come back with a vengeance.If instead it makes some small progress on each of those fronts, it may come back in some small way.Either way, its days as a city of more than a million are almost certainly done.I take your point about local knowledge.  

We even arrest them at the airport now if they try to leave the country or return from overseas.
