It sounds like it is the program Shockwave crashing and not the computer.You need to check and make sure it is essential or if you can just delete it.I just have the .pdf reader.A lot of those systems do constant updating, hog resources, and are clunky to run.http://krebsonsecurity.com/2014/05/why-you-should-ditch-adobe-shockwave/

There are a few good books on the topic:- Performance Anxiety by Gordon Moss- Note Investing Made Easier by Martin Saentz- The Art of Investing in Distressed Second Mortgages by Sherman ArnowitzKnow that these books were written when more distressed junior liens were available, and they all focus on institutional paper.
