If you recently did a cash out refi on that one then another one likely won't help since value wouldn't have changed much. 

Many of the STR "masters" here on BP state the only spend a few hours a week.Of course, this is once they've put in all the initial work decorating the place and setting up the advertising and software needed.Now about doing STR in Cleveland...:)
