I've considered a property management company, but the cost just doesn't seem worth it although it would be convenient.

Closing Costs – Remember to factor in refi fees and how long you plan to hold the property to determine if refinancing will save you money overall.Since you mentioned owning the property for only a year, your equity might still be limited, impacting your options or leading to higher costs.

The only reason I buy them is because I think that if I get one extra detail that was missed in another, it is worth the course price.The land riches blueprint covers building up capital, passive income, subdividing, entitlement & more which is why I value it more than others. 

I remember working with a client a couple of years ago who wanted to do a 1031 exchange into Phoenix multifamily.. they had some numbers in mind, but no framework beyond “I want more doors.”

Now, if you have a good Broker and he is set-up at 8 different lenders already and he/she is great at the processing and getting loans closed then I'd say they are worth their point. 

I remember visiting a buddy’s place in Austin years back..he had a similar setup over his detached garage and was convinced that adding a window unit and some carpet would let him count that space towards the home’s total square footage.

I know in business that every dollar counts but is it worth it to burn a relationship? 

Based on my experience, it’s often not worth the time and expense because appeals frequently lead to no change in the tax assessment.

I reached out to the buyer several times from what I remember, but they never responded.
