You are a RE "Super Star" investor!    

First, even if I find a wholesaler, why would they sell to me--an untested REI--when they can sell to their all-star buyers list, particularly if those buyers closed 50/50 of the last deals, pay all cash, and show up and write a check.  

Not raw newbies with stars in their eyes and no idea of what they are doing.

@Chris MartinI think your mind was too quick to find the negative instead of reading and understanding the message I was sending...you’re a real estate investor rock star according to your profile, so I’m sure this message isn’t for you, maybe it would have been when you first started out.

My guess is there is a real GC on site at these properties managing the project while the star is going from house to house filming segments here and there for the show. 

Do most people relate more with the Star Wars characters or to their high school biology book?  

In larger universities, you tend to see more amenities because the larger institutions invest there and some are building apts that look like 4-5 star hotels.
