If it's too cold outside, bring it to an inside venue! 

I've worked with a few venues that have events.

The main issues is that for a brewery is very specific and would have to be a large enough operation.Similarly - this could be an incredible performance venue as many churches are designed to enhance acoustics.

But downtown Seattle with the space needle, and pike place, music venues, waterfront, hockey stadium, etc will always remain appealing to tourist in my opinion so we’re going to take the plunge and buy something as a 100% STR.

If you have a venue for investing your money that will provide you really good returns then you will likely want to be bought out.In terms of what sort of discount rate they will use to determine the buy out value, I do not have experience with that.

I think there is some parallel to the car makers profits roaring back, and what is happening in housing.Maybe it is time to sit back for several months, look for different venues (auctions, different cities, etc.), raise your offering prices, whatever.You have to take what the market offers.
