The original roommate has caused much disruption here, between her alcoholism and related violent outbursts, to her drug use and threats, including calling the local police multiple times for a variety ridiculous things, all of which is documented, and more than once was told by the police she was becoming a habitual caller and a nuisance, then threatened with arrest.

Most banks seem to be one year, but there a varieties out there.

I am getting a very large variety in prices ranging over $100K in differences in estimates from these sites.I struggle with the comps seam to be hard because the house is a 4bed 2Bath ranch in Dublin Schools.

There are a variety of answers to the questions you have.

I don't think a 10 mile radius is anything but a one mile could create some pondering unless you've got an investor already there who loves that niche.My guess is you're going to need to employ a variety of strategies to maximize your return.
